WALTERBORO, S.C. – The USC Salkehatchie men's basketball team improved to 3-0 on Monday after defeating Middle Georgia Prep 142-82. Salkehatchie led wire to wire in a contest that saw all 12 Salkehatchie players score.
Salkehatchie started the game on a 35-4 run and then built on their lead going into halftime 82-35. Salkehatchie stayed in the driver's seat as they cruised to the 60-point win.
The men's basketball program will now hit the road for a three-game road swing in Florida. They will face Polk State College on Friday, Nov. 15, with tipoff scheduled for 4 p.m.
