Daytona Beach, FL (November 16, 2024) – The USC Salkehatchie men's basketball team (3-2) fell to the #23 ranked Daytona State College Falcons (3-3) in a high-scoring contest on Saturday afternoon, 117-65.
The Falcons jumped out to a strong lead early and controlled the tempo throughout the first half. USC Salkehatchie struggled to find their rhythm offensively, trailing 60-37 at halftime.
The Falcons' strong shooting and size advantage proved too much to overcome for the Salkehatchie squad.
Jeremaih McCain led the way for USC Salkehatchie with 16 points, while Demarco Middleton added 12 points.
